Founded in 1975 and employing a staff of thirty-five, JEM Inc administers approximately forty distinct Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher programs in fourteen counties across New York State.

The Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) was established by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in 1976 to subsidize the rental of private market housing units.
Industry specific and on the-job-training will be provided as you transition and succeed the current holder of this position.
This position reports to the president of the organization and has a role in setting strategic direction of the company as a member of the organization's executive committee.
