Summary This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities related to the operation and accounting for Prime's private equity funds and investment vehicles.
Reports to the Executive Vice President of Investor Reporting and Chief Financial Officer.
Significant growth potential within this function and throughout the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties Review of deliverables from fund administrator, including management fee calculations, drawdown/distribution schedules, allocations, quarterly financial packages, etc.
Development of parallel accounting and reporting processes Coordination with internal corporate accounting department Liaise with auditors and tax preparers Liquidity management and cash forecasting Preparation and analysis of investment performance Support Portfolio Management team's investment monitoring and value creation initiatives Ad hoc projects and analyses as required Skills Required Extremely strong attention to detail Ability to self-check deliverables Work both independently and as part of a team Enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent written and verbal communication Highly motivated and inquisitive Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Education/Experience Required Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, and at least two years of relevant experience Prior fund accounting experience a plus Active or in-process CPA license and/or MBA a plus EEO Job Type:
