Our successful Accounting Clerk promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner.
They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.
Keys to Success in this Role:
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Preferred Three (3) to five (5) years prior accounting experience preferred.
Competency in MS Office required with experience with MS Dynamics a plus.
Provides basic accounting/AP functions as needed for department.
Responsible for bank reconciliations.
Responsible for month-end reconciliation of various general ledger accounts.
Responsible for various prepaid account reconciliations.
Prepares journal entries as needed.
Assists in month-end procedures as needed.
Performs other accounting duties as assigned.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
