This individual should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work well under pressure.
Duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to the company president and assisting in the daily office tasks.
Some previous experience in construction is preferred, but not required.
Job Details:
Experience with Blueprints, surveys and other construction documents is preferred but not required; Performs various technical and administrative assignments often under time schedule pressure, including preparing various Quick Books reports, and reviewing and responding to emails on behalf of the company president; Attends meetings and prepares and circulates meeting minutes; Compiles, maintains and updates physical and digital project files; Provides other administrative support, including scheduling meetings, and other ad-hoc projects; Skills:
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Quick Books, etc.
Strong Time Management, Organizational, and Prioritization Skills Detail Oriented Individual Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Salary:
