Immediate Opening Position available, Galarneau Builders is looking for an experienced secretary/administrative assistant to help our office.
Job Requirements We are looking for professionals who are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong administrative background and multi-tasking skills.
It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Must have a good attitude and be willing to assist other office employees with daily tasks and answering phones.
A good team player along with the capability and confidence to work on projects and solve problems themselves is a plus.
Hours are 8:
00 to 4:
30 Monday-Friday.
