Sports Club Manager
Saratoga Sports Club Saratoga Sports Club Saratoga Springs, NY Saratoga Springs, NY Full-time Full-time $20 - $40 an hour $20 - $40 an hour Saratoga Sports Club is looking to for additional Full-Time staff to service our growing membership.
We are a Baseball/Softball training facility with After School, Evening and Private training classes.
We also provide birthday parties and Nerf Nights for 2nd through 5th grade.
Pay is based on experience $20-$40 hour.
Willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all new and recurring customers Manage our booking system(Esoft Planner) and support customers in using our website or booking new space Maintain an orderly and clean work place including consistent upkeep of all communal spaces.
Plan and instruct Baseball/Softball Lessons Plan and oversee birthday parties Execute operation of special events and any additional programs that run through the facility Provide day-to-day leadership and management of operations and staff Oversee facilities preparation for various activities Oversee projects and improvements (ex:
turf, nets, signage, cleaning, etc.
) Observes and discusses individual progress with lessons participants Develops positive relationships with class participants and members
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE A SPORTS BACKGROUND MUST ENJOY WORKING WITH CHILDREN Supervisery Role:
1 Year experince (Preferred) Sports Coaching:
1 year experience (Required) Strong knowledge of Google (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Spreedsheet) Basic Knowledge of Esoft Planner (Preferred) Thrive on working in a collaborative environment.
Are very adaptable.
Have high ownership and a strong work ethic.
Are a great problem solver who can think on your feet.
Truly enjoy being of service to people.
Like being part of a team that cares about one another as people and enjoy working together.
Must be passionate, enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly.
