We are seeking ONE (1) Assistant that can help us to:
-Organize files for each contract using the checklist provided to ensure all rental files are complete -Learn company practices, procedures & policies -Utilize the website functions to create new listings, modify listings, and delete listings -Complete listing contracts to be signed by Tenants & exclusive listing contracts to be signed by Owners -Request feedback & reviews from both Owners and Tenants about their experience using Track Rental -Organize data like emails, home addresses and phone numbers to be used for target marketing -Make phone calls & send emails to potential Tenants that may be coming to Saratoga in 2024 -Answering incoming phone calls and returning messages left on company voicemail.
This position is for someone who works well with people and who is friendly and caring to the existing and new clientele.
The hours are 9AM - 5PM Monday to Friday (w/30 Minute lunch break) = 40 hours per week Job Type:
