01 an hour Summary of Position:
Installs, maintains and trouble shoots all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and building automation systems.
Monitors cooling and heating zones to ensure maintenance for required comfort levels.
Inspects all HVACR equipment and control systems for proper operation and cleanliness.
Completes preventive and corrective maintenance on all specified equipment.
Maintains documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements.
Provides on-call coverage as required.
Primary Job
Responsibilities:
Operates and adjusts building automation and direct digital control systems Performs HVACR preventive maintenance on equipment; completes required documentation.
Diagnoses malfunctions or failures in HVAC and related equipment.
Performs skilled repairs to correct the problems Charges air conditioning equipment following proper procedures for refrigerant reclaim and recycling.
Responds to hospital emergencies such as fire drills, internal disaster, snow storms, ect Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, and workshops.
Attends meetings as required.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Associate's degree in HVACR or military equivalent, or completion of HVACR program from a vocational school.
In lieu of Associate's degree, two years experience in HVACR related occupation.
Basic computer knowledge of automated systems.
Salary Range:
$23.
76 - $39.
01 Pay Grade:
27 Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to:
overall experience and qualifications, shift, and location.
Location:
Saratoga Hospital Engineering Schedule:
Full-Time, Day shift, Days.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
