This position will be the primary point of contact for new hires to troubleshoot and answer questions throughout the onboarding and orientation process.
The HR Assistant will be responsible for data entry associated with the applicant tracking system and other tracking mechanisms, ensuring data integrity in all transactions.
The HR Assistant supports the recruitment team during recruitment events, in addition to other duties such as scheduling interviews and reviewing applications.
The HR Assistant also participates in process improvement initiatives as it relates to recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
Education, Training & Experience Minimum of High school diploma or GED required.
One year of experience in related Human Resources/Recruitment support role.
Education may be considered in lieu of experience.
Salary Range:
$17.
25 - $25.
87 Pay Grade:
Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to:
overall experience and qualifications, shift, and location.
Location:
Saratoga Hospital Human Resources Schedule:
Full-Time, Day shift, 8:
00 am - 4:
30 pm.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
