As a member of our hospitality team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Remotely assist guests with check-in and check-out processes - Provide information about amenities, services, and local attractions - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Do weekly inventory and maintain supply pars - Check units after cleaners - Help create and schedule social media content
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using Airbnb, Vrbo, Instagram, Facebook Skills:
- Customer Service - Digital Marketing:
Understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, etc.
- Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences - Google Suite:
Proficient in using Google Suite applications for documentation and collaboration - Advertising:
